China Nerin Attended the 10th European Metallurgical Conference (EMC 2019)
June 23-26 local time, the 10th European Metallurgical Conference organized by German Society of Metallurgists and Miners (Gesellschaft der Metallurgen und Bergleute, GDMB) was held in Düsseldorf, Germany. China Nerin attended the conference as the only Chinese enterprise being invited and delivered a keynote speech at the main session.
EMC 2019 is the most important networking conference in the non-ferrous metal industry in Europe, covering the whole non-ferrous metallurgical industry chain, especially for the global non-ferrous metallurgical companies, research institutes, metal producers, manufacturers, equipment suppliers and service providers. The theme of EMC 2019 is “Optimum Utilization of Resources and Recycling for Sustainable Solution".
During the conference, Wang Wei, the General Manager of Metallurgy Business Unit, gave a comprehensive and detailed introduction of China Nerin’s application and project cases of the side-blown furnace technologies in recent years. The advanced professional technologies and the ample reference projects in his speech caused extensive concern of the audience. The European delegates spoke highly of China Nerin’s technologies and international brand image in the metallurgy industry.
After the conference, the delegates visited a German lead smelter, and its side-blown system, which was successfully put into operation in late 2018 with all the indicators meeting the process design requirements, was undertaken by China Nerin as an EPS project. The visitors from all over the world highly appreciated China Nerin’s metallurgical technologies.
China Nerin’s attendance of the EMC 2019 would play a positive role in developing the European market and China Nerin will further provide diversified technical services for the global non-ferrous metal market.
