THE NATIONAL COPPER SMELTING SLAG BENEFICIATION PROCESS AND EQUIPMENT FORUM HELD AT NERIN
Sponsored by the (State) Non-Ferrous Metal Short Circuit Energy Saving and Metallurgical Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and undertaken by NERIN, the National copper smelting slag beneficiation process and equipment forum was held at NERIN on May 30. Nearly 40 experts and representatives from domestic enterprises in copper smelting industry and famous manufacturers and integrators in mineral processing equipments attended the forum.
With the subject of resource recycling and utilization and environment friendly and harmonious, based on conclusion of development status of the domestic copper smelting slag beneficiation process and equipment, the forum emphasized on the research direction of comprehensive utilization of copper smelting slag, aiming to help the metallurgical enterprise in developing the recycling economy and establishing the green environmental-friendly enterprise, and realize mineral resource comprehensive recovery and utilization to the maximum extent. In the forum some experts and representatives shared the latest research findings in the field of copper smelting slag beneficiation and the valuable experience gained from production and practice.
The forum was jointly presided over by Ruan Jianguo, the secretary general of the alliance, deputy chief engineer and director of technology & quality department of NERIN, and Lei Cunyou, the deputy chief engineer and non-ferrous industry design master. The forum was addressed by Ou Yangwei, the administrative vice director of the alliance and the vice secretary of the Party Committee.
